Make A List
Make a list of agencies you are potentially interested in.
Research Agents
Determine how long the agency or agent has been in the industry, what their submission process is like, who else do they represent, how often their talent receive work, and what are their fees.
Ask For Referrals
If you have friends or family in the industry, ask them if they have an agent that they recommend. Keep in mind that you may not necessarily take to their recommendations as choosing an agent is not a one size fit all approach, you want to find someone that works well with your speed and personality.
